Wisconsin Whitefish Spread

Ingredients:
- 1lb whitefish, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
- Place the seasoned fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
- Allow fish to cool and flake with fork.
- In a large bowl, combine the whitefish, mayonnaise, celery, onion, dill, capers, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve the whitefish spread on crackers or crusty toasted bread
